I don't, and here's why.
* Hero, the last book by Salvatore, specifically calls out Acerack as having a plan involving a mirror that traps souls for him to devour; something NOT discussed in the original ToH. This is where "Acerack in Chult" is discussed. It was important enough that it had to be referenced in the final Drizzt novel.
* Dungeonology spends time on Acerack and the ToH (including a reference to its original location on GH) but spends little time on, say, White Plume Mountain or the Sunless Citadel. It also specifically mentions the barrier "thinning" between the two worlds, something I don't think TotYP is going to be able to go into with any detail.
As an extra point of note: Artus Cimber is known to be a famous adventurer who spent his time... in Chult.
It is all too specific. If Dungeonology had gone over all the TotYP modules or Hero referenced King Snurre or Blackrazor, I'd argue you'd probably be right. However, I think the big Summer/Fall AP is going to be focused on Acerack, Chult, Cimber, and the Ring of Winter. Else, WotC is spending a lot of capital just to place 1/7th of the book in one specific area on Faerun. That is a lot of work for what is effectively an one-paragraph appendix reference.
