Do you all have an eta on any of that stuff? I'm really looking forward to your primer and the other book ideas you have sound great.

I hate giving ETA's because we are always so far off! :lol: Don't hold me too close to these:

Avadnu Primer: 2nd Quarter. We are building in some cool stuff since it won't see print yet. It will be broken into pieces. More info really soon.

Fantasy Personae: Writing is 95% done. Art is 50% done. Let's say a month.

Avadnu Legends: 3rd or 4th quarter. Have all of the concepts created, but the real work hasn't started yet.

Digital Denizens: We're planning on releasing 1 per month. Won't affect you, I know you have DoA already.

Where Madness Dwells 2: Writing will be complete by the end of the month. Adventures are a major editiing pain though and we need to commission art. I'll say 2nd quarter.

Behind the Scenery: We'll have a freebie up really soon. Probably a month or two to guage reactions. Then will release the first one, which will be Graveyards in the 2nd quarter.

It figures, a good year for gaming material right when I'm supposed to be cutting back and saving for a wedding and honeymoon...maybe I could talk her into getting married in my grandparents' driveway and then honeymooning at the Adam's Mark down the road...Maybe I should just keep my mouth shut, budget really good, and not get kicked out of the house...

Why don't you register at your local gaming store and let your wedding guests buy everything for you? ;)

If I thought for a second that I could get away with that, I would! I made a joke the other night about registering for an XBox, and I got the classic "You're an idiot." I felt like I was in an episode of Everybody Loves Raymond!!! (She said it jokingly, but with enough tone to let me know that the registering was for plates and curtains...c'mon let me at least put some power tools on there!!!)

I wish that ENWorld would have a list of releases for the 3rd party crowd. Otherwise, it is way too hard to figure out what is coming and when.

That's a good idea. You couldn't really attach any concrete release date, though, since many 3rd party publishers miss those dates. Just having a list in one place of all the 3rd party stuff coming out would be good. I usually miss several items, especially pdf items, that come out just because I never knew they in production. It happens with print product as well, but I go into my FLGS enough to catch the new releases that I didn't know about.

This used to be listed in the reviews section. However, so many companies end up canceling or delaying products that it would be a monster of a project to maintain.

Bastion Press has the following coming out this year:

Wildwood: a domain book for the Oathbound campaign setting, but can also be used as a stand-alone setting. Its huge and packed full of great stuff. Complements Into the Green really nicely if you want a strictly forest/wilderness based campaign.

Lore of the Gods: talk of this has been around for awhile, but its been fully updated to 3.5 and should be great.

Book of Curses: Extensive information on curses of all kinds. A great way to introduce this insidious element into any campaign. I liken it a bit to Pale Designs, but for curses and hexes rather than poison.

There's also one other Oathbound book that should make an appearance sometime in the near future, but it hasn't officially been announced yet.

I can shed some light on Bastion's intended release schedule that covers Q3 and the secret Oathbound project. A more formal announcement and details about the product should be forthcoming in about a month. Note that this schedule is highly tentative and some releases may get shifted around for various reasons. But at least you'll get an idea of what's coming...

* Wildwood (pdf)
* Alchemy & Herbalists 3.5 (pdf)

May:
* Lore of the Gods (pdf)
* Oathbound: Domains of the Forge 3.5 (pdf)
* Out for Blood (pdf)

June:
* Wildwood (print)
* Oathbound: Penance (pdf)
* Doom Striders (pdf)

July:
* Lore of the Gods (print)
* Book of Curses (pdf)
* Into the Green 3.5 (pdf)

August:
* Oathbound: Player's Guide (pdf and print)
* Into the Blue (pdf)

September:
* Book of Curses (print)
* Into the Black (pdf)

There are other projects in development currently that may appear yet this year depending on a variety of factors. One of them is very, very big and will have gamers quite excited when we formally announce it. As you can see, regardless of rumors, Bastion is still in the game. ;)
