So where's it all happening?

I am a member of dndonlinegames and have been for the last six months. I find it to be an excellent website and not only am I currently playing in five games, I am also DMing two. I have no complaints about it and will continue to use it.

However, I have been looking for a site a little different from dndonlinegames, a site which is fully set up with one game in motion, several DMs and umpteen players. I thought I had found that site here but after looking it over I am not so sure.

Could someone explain to me how this gaming site works, why there seem to be none of the games running only talk of setting them up, and if possible could someone direct me to the type of site I am looking for. I had heard that Farland was that type of site but so far have not been able to track its address down.

Cheers!

Hey Lionhart.

Most of the games run in The 13 Kingdoms (T13K) setting are accomplished using the OpenRPG program for game play. This site is where DM's and players make arrangements for games and record the activities of those games to promote the greater storyline of the world of Aerde. Roleplaying between PC's and NPC's also takes place in the Taverns for some of the campaigns. There are some DM's who run face-to-face games set in T13K and then update the online site with the happenings of those campaigns.

Does that answer your question?

We are always looking to welcome new players and DM's. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
