D&D 5E So, who's ready to Gestalt 5E?

Wow, it's kind of amazing how easily that works, with the unified math. Hmm.

I'll say Circle of the moon druid/Path of Shadows Monk, for shadow-jumping grizzly action.

Otherwise, Champion Fighter/Berzerker Barbarian, for 4 attacks + Rage + Critical on 18 + Brutal Critical.

So Po, the Dragon Warrior from Kung Fu Panda?

I want a half-orc barbarian/monk that can use the armor bonuses from both classes. I am going to name him Banner.

The unfortunate thing is, I don't think that works. My understanding is that both features set your AC. Choosing the Barbarian feature means your AC is 10 + CON + DEX, while the Monk feature sets your AC to 10 + DEX + WIS. So you can't stack them. Pity, because that does seem awesome.

I'm thinking Fighter/Sorcerer as a Gestalt. Action Surge and Quicken Metamagic means I can throw spells and still attack every round.

Yeah, I know. See my other post in this thread. I was just messing around with smashing together abilities.

Half-Elf Bard/Bladelock would be my dream.

One of my players has expressed interest in Druid/Monk as well, but not for Kung-Fu Panda action...

Just kung-fu action. In the woods. With a stick. (He's been watching 'The Raid: Redemption' and 'The Raid 2' lately and he loves smashing multiple opponents).
