Change Orientation (enchantment) [compulsion, sexual]
Level: clr 3, pal 4 , perversion 3, sor/wiz 3 Components: v, s, m
Casting Time: 1 action Range: touch
Target: 1 creature Duration: 1 hour/level
Saving Throw: will negates Spell Resistance: Yes
You temporarily alter a touched person’s sexual preferences to fit what you want the subject to pursue. You can alter the gender, age, or race of the target’s preferred sexual partners or bestow a particular fetish on the subject. This spell does not compel a victim to act on a desire, it just changes the preferences of the victim, creating a sudden urge for something different.
The material component of this spell is a woven bracelet in the shape of a Möbius strip with a small magnet dangling from it. Casting the spell turns the magnet to de-magnetized metal.

You can tell if the subject is heterosexual, homosexual, or bisexual, what type of person the subject likes, and if the subject has any fetishes. The spell can also reveal if the target’s orientation has been altered by any means or has recently changed.

Mass Reverse Gender (transmutation) [sexual]
Level: clr 7, perversion 7, sor/wiz 7 Components: V, S, F
Casting Time: 1 action Range: close (25 feet + 5 feet/2 levels)
Target: one creature per level, no two of which can be more than 30 feet apart
Duration: 1 hour/level Saving Throw: fortitude negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
“Oops, she’s a boy! And I’m not? Eeek!”
This spell functions as Reverse Gender except that it affects multiple creatures.

Pheromone Cloud (conjuration) [creation]
Level: sor/wiz 5 Components: v, s, m
Casting Time: 1 action Range: close (25 feet + 5 feet/2 levels)
Effect: invisible cloud that spreads to a 30 foot radius, 10 feet high
Duration: 10 minutes/level Saving Throw: will negates
Spell Resistance: No

They had some good ideas (and I find the section on how the various alignments approached sex to be about the best description of the alignments I have ever seen) but they really blew it on balancing things.

Anyway, how about another one along these lines:

Sex Toy.

Sor 3/Wiz 3/Clr 3, it should be level 2 for any sexualized casting class or for any caster who obtains their spells from a deity with a portfolio that includes sex.
Range: Medium
AOE: 1 creature
Save: SR only
Casting time: 1 round
Duration: 1 hour/level

This spell creates a duplicate of the target creature. The copy has all passive abilities and enchantments of the target and all attire (including jewelry) but no gear. It also has all public knowledge of the target but nothing the target wants to keep private. It has all skills of the original.
The copy gets an enchantment bonus to all sexual skills of 1/level from the casting, the copy auto-fails any other check that must be rolled and fails any attempt to use a feat. The copy knows one language of the caster's choice that the caster knows. Anything separated from the copy immediately vanishes.

The copy is animated by a spirit of lust, it does *NOT* have the personality of the target. The copy will obey any order from the caster.

This spell may also be cast on a copy created by the spell, doing so will reset the duration rather than creating a new copy.

Wait, the enchantments of the target? ALL the skills? So you could copy a high level Barbarian, give him some weapons, and let him slaughter your enemies? With a level 3/2 spell? Limit the skills to Perform and social skills...

In other words, you copy that barbarian and he can go swinging a sword--but he'll never hit anything as that requires a to-hit roll which he will auto-fail.

You might be able to get a bit of use out of something like spellcraft or the various knowledge skills but that's about it. Any combat use is going to be an opposed roll and thus auto-fail.

You try to copy the king to get into the castle and the guards always spot him--he's not the king and thus it's a bluff check to get in. Opposed roll, he auto-fails.

A copy could be used as a polish mine detector--does the long duration make that too powerful?

Duration: 1 minute/level
Save: None, but it is blocked by things like mind blank
Components: Somantic only and subtle--it can normally be cast without anyone nearby realizing magic is afoot.

This spell grants the caster another sense--they can look at someone and know whether that person desires sex with the caster, or even any specific sexual situation with the caster.

The caster can examine one creature per round but this does not require the obvious concentration that the use of most reading spells

This grants only information the target knows--normally this means that in the general sense the target must have seen the caster at reasonably close range for at least 1 round. To learn about something specific there must be some reason for the target to have considered the possibility of the act in question.

Any given scan can produce:

1) Yes.
2) Not interested.
3) Desirable but no because of <reason>.
4) Maybe--they haven't made up their mind yet.
5) No information--the target has not thought of the situation.

This is an innate power for succubi and any other seducer monsters. It may be a granted power from a deity of seduction.

For every 10 points of sense motive the caster has (including all modifiers) they may scan an additional target per round but it must be seeking the same information.

Illustration:

A succubus with a sense motive of 40 walks into a inn with 9 people in the room and looks for who they can seduce.

Round 1:
Target #1: Yes!
Target #2: Faithful to his wife.
Target #3: No. (He's actually gay but the spell does not reveal this.)

Round 2:
Target #4: Yes.
Target #5: He has taken a vow of celibacy.
Target #6: He's afraid of scorn because of his small member.

Round 3:
Target #7: No. (He's got a fetish for blondes, she's currently redheaded. The spell does not reveal this.)
Target #8: Yes.
Target #9: He wants to maintain a reputation of purity--he'd love to do her but only in secret.

Round #4: She beckons #1, #4 and #8 as she heads towards the rooms. Now she's looking to see who would be up for group sex.
Target #1: No information
Target #4: No information
Target #8: No information.

At this point the three of them each realize that she wasn't beckoning only them.
Target #1: Yes
Target #4: Yes
Target #8: No. (He knows #4 has a disease. The spell does not reveal this.)


She may later come back to #9's room but she won't approach him openly.

I actually came at it the other way around--I figured a succubus should have such a sense and then I looked at what it would be like in a spell.

I don't really see it as being of much use in digging up dirt--a yes answer simply says they're interested in sex with the caster, not that they're cheating.

Note that all the dirt in my example was explanations that the spell does *NOT* provide.
