Spells for a Wizard

I'm playing a 2nd ed campaign in Dragonlance. Since I don't know much about this edition, I'm asking you for some recommendation about which spells can I try to learn.

My actual list is:
LVL1: Cantrip, Read Magic, Detect Magic, Identify, Enlarge, Flaming Weapon, Comprehend Languages, Sleep, Wizard's Mark, Jump, Chromatic Orb
LVL2: Deeppockets, Detect Invisibility, Continual Light, Deafness, Knock, Stinking Cloud, Hypnotic Pattern

My recommendations, as I read through the Spell Compendium lists, beyond what you already have...

1st Level: Hold Portal (good starting 'lock' type spell for doors and what-not), Alarm (nice for waking you up if you are ambushed), Color Spray (fairly good as a substitute for 'Sleep' at low levels), Mending (to repair equipment on-the-go, within reason), Shield (excellent frontal AC for a few rounds)

2nd Level: Blur (good for increasing defensive capability), Glitterdust (good for temporarily revealing invisible objects/creatures instead of merely detecting them), Melf's Acid Arrow (excellent damage spell that also serves to negate regenerating creatures), Ray of Enfeeblement (reduces a creature's Strength and overall damage capability), Strength (good for buffing your teammates!), Wizard Lock (an upgraded 'Hold Portal')
