Spiked Chain is unlike MOST

Other than by using feats or spell, I can't think of any.

There's a whipsword or something like that in Secrets of Sarlona which is essentially a one-handed spiked chain.

There's a feat in the PHB2 which lets you use a swift action to lose the benefits of reach with a polearm and instead attack adjacent squares.
