Spirited Charge and Critical Hits???

please say this is right, I like the numbers I see :P

I am not a user of power attack (not sure if there is a special rule on crits), but I believe this is correct. You definitely 100% have everything but the power attack correct, and I think the power attack gets multiplied, barring a special rule.

For the others, DMG page 26 "...critical hits multiply all damage, rather than just the die roll..." READ THIS SECTION AND THE ACTUAL RULES WILL SUDDENLY BECOME CLEAR.

Thanks for pointing out that sidebar, I've been playing crits incorrectly for a while - aside from the DMG it clearly states that extra damage (which come in the form of strength, enhancement bonus, power attack, bonuses from specific prestige classes, etc) do not get multiplied.

The average charging crit would then be:
45 - 3d6x5 Lance Damage
12 - Power Attack
20 - Strength
5 - Enhancement
---
82

I'm pretty sure that the only damage items that are increased during a crit come from "bonus" dice. Things like a Rogue's sneak attack, flaming-type bonuses and so on are all lumped into "bonus" dice.

Your base weapon damage is not multiplied precisely as written. You get extra dice of damage. To approach it with a similar problem, but a simpler setup for ease of explanation consider a Strength 20, Level 10 Fighter causing a Crit with a Flaming Greataxe +2 and a 10-point power attack. I would calculate damage as follows:

1d12 - Base weapon damage for Greataxe
2d12 - Crit weapon damage (x3 multiplier)
+7 - Base Strength bonus (2H weapon giving 1.5x mutiplier)
+14 - Crit Strength bonus damage (x3 multiplier)
+20 - 10 point power attack base damage (2H weapon giving 2x multiplier in PA)
+40 - Crit 10 point power attack (2H weapon giving 2x multiplier in PA)
+2 - Base enhancement bonus damage
+4 - Crit enhancement bonus damage
1d6 - Flaming damage

Answer: 3d12+1d6+87 (if I added properly)

I don't have books with me to check right now, but you may add complexity for crit-adjusting feats as you please.

fantastic so once per day as long as I can charge and hit their touch AC (impaling Lance) And confirm with a +4 going in, I can mess someone up :D
Wait till i get devastating charge, muahahahaha!

Thanks for clearing the smoke you guys, I'm still open to suggestions for my cleric, you the best!!!!!! :D

As your DM, I'd allow you to put the research into learning Power Word: Stun (Holy Word: Stun?) as the spell as a level 8 Divine Spell.

Do ask your own DM when attempting to make a spell before you just go ahead and try to do it - he'll most likely give you a better idea of what he'll allow in his world.
