H hong WotC's bitch May 29, 2003 #2 Spontaneous harm/heal. Right. You can use 5th level and higher spell slots to spontaneously cast metamagic'ed versions of the usual cure spells. A maximised cure crit wounds, for example, would require a 7th level slot.

Click to expand... I agree with hong at all points. A spontaneous heal/harm is a very horrible idea. As horrible as Heal/Harm at will spontaneous heals/harms are for munchkins Just my 2 cents yennico

the Jester Legend Jun 2, 2003 #4 No way, no how would I allow the other curative spells to be cast spontaneously. I suspect that the revision may allow spontaneous casting of the mass cure spells, however. And yeah, like hong said, that's what metamagic is for (for a cleric, anyhow).
