Spycraft and D20 Modern???

I'm thinking about buying Spycraft and am curious as to whether or not they are going to revise it to use the D20 Modern rules that WotC is releasing soon.

It seems to me that Spycraft is exactly the sort of game that WotC would want to have the D20 Modern OGL used for.

I doubt it. After releasing a couple of hardback books, some supplements and a GM screen, that'd be a lot to redesign and reprint!

I'm sure that if they'd planned on using the D20 Modern rules, they would have waited. I think it's more likely that they're aiming at being an alternative to D20 Modern - achieved by getting out there several months earlier.
