OOC:If I get this right, you are at the rear and to the left of the Sedan so I'm assuming that the driver can get a good LOS at you by using a standard move. Having recognized that your gun is jammed, he doesn't bother to seek cover and stop at 10 feet from you with no cover and he shoots

Roman takes a sliding step to the side the soldier is turning towards and as he recloses with the soldier, in hopes that the soldier will have more difficulty bring the weapon to bear. He tries once again to grapple the soldier. This time hoping to get his weapon out of his hands, either in Roman's hands or on the floor. Just as long as it's out of the soldier's hands.

With Death breathing down his neck, Roman sees his options getting fewer and fewer.
 

Kareem pushes Jeff towards the bathrooms as he turns around to help Alex. "My friend is in there. A fellow agent is in there. Her name is Ghost-Fox. Keep in there, we can't have you die yet!" He then rushes [running] forward to enter the fray, his gun held in his left hand.

OOC: I interpret this to mean you want to grapple first, to protect yourself from the rifle, and to disarm second.

I presume you'll try to grapple again for your other 1/2 action since it's easier than disarming an AK-74.

Roman grapples the soldier. Roman, Jeff or Kim could spend an action die to activate the critical.

The soldeir replies by trying punch the lights out of Roman. He attacks twice

Ro 18 + 2 = 20
Ro 5 + 7

Without checking on Roman's AC I know that 1 hit and one failed.

If someone activates the critical, the soldier will somehow lose an half action and Roman will not have been hit

Otherwise he takes 3 subdual damage on Roman.

(I'm just trying to go as far in the fight as I can)

Kim can now take an action in this fight between the bearded soldier and Roman. He is at the edge of the hallway of the entrance, 10 feet away from it all.

The soldier who was prone and shooting at Ronin hurriedly gets up. Seeing that Ronin's weapon is jammed, he tries to forces his way through the crowd trying to reach the bearded soldier and roman. But the wounded soldier isn't as quick and can't move in time to avoid the stampede. Several party goers step or trip on him as they try to flee the area.

OOC: The prone soldier gets up (1/2 act) and moves 15 feet through the crwod (rememebr, 1/2 movement). He made his strenght check; ro 17 + 1

He is another 15 feet away from roman and the bearded soldier. He doesn't seem to want to shoot through the crowd... yet. These are rich folk, after all. More trouble than shooting bums.

The wounded soldier was still stunned and is now officially out of the fight as the corwd run over him.
 

Kim moves forward and points his gun to the soldat and fires at close range twice...

"This is not the way to make friends..."

Looks to see where his allies are and where the CPG is...

OOC: Spending an action die to activate the critical failure... and hoping I hit +5 to each attack base... laser sight

Ken closes the distance to the driver (half action) and leaps into a jump - spinning - inside - crescent - kick. (half action)

[OOC: Ken moves and attempts to kick the handgun out of the driver's hand. Martial arts melee attack to disarm +3 2/12 S -soldier rolls 2 dice for each 1 spent on attacks-; STR 15; current AC 14. --- I am new to the game (I guess we all are), but I am assuming that this disarm will be handled by an opposed attack roll, no extra bonuses for anyone due to the driver holding a handgun, with a tie going to the attacker with the higher STR? If I am not understanding this, I will reconsider my actions.]

Ronin's heel hit the soldier straight on the wrist. He yelps in pain and the gun flies in the air, landing under a car. The soldier scowl and swiftly draws a switch blade before lunging at Steel Ronin and cutting into the tuxedo liner.

OOC:

Pistol VS unarmed; same weapon size

Opposed check Ronin VS soldier
Ronin ro. 15 + 3 + 3 (2d4 action from AD) = 21
Soldier ro. 19 + 2 = 21

Ronin is stronger, he wins.

Normally if you are unarmed, you gain the weapon. Because of the description of Ronin's attack, I judge this result impossible. But the other result of a disarm would be that the soldier drops it at his feet. This would allow him to pick it up on his coming action. It's unfair. Therefore I rule that the weapon is kicked 20 feet away and falls under a car.

The soldier's turn (no ally can interfere so there's no point in waiting).

Draws a switch blade 1/2 ac
Attacks
Ro 13 + 2 = 15 vs def 14

Damage 2 VP (this time it accounts for the DR)

OOC: Frankly, I've broken down the action in groups and I'm only making sure everyone acts in turn inside his or her own groups.

The soldiers shout as one of the bullet of the burst penetrates his thigh. He shoots back erratically and rush inside the kitchen.

Ghost attacks:
Ro 8 + 6 - 4 (range) = 12 vs def 11
Dmg 5, the soldier is now wounded.

You shot 6 bullets so far.

Fortitude 10 + 3 = 13 he isn't stunned. He has -2 to dex and STR.

Soldier attack
3 + 1 = 4 miss

He is now inside the kitchen.

The door of the ladies room burst open and startles Ghostfox. Before she shoots, however, she recognize Jeff Neilan. He is scared but still reasonably cool. He doesn't seem suprised to see her there with a weapon in hand and yet looks unsure of what to do next.
