Kim steps toward the melee and with impressive aim puts two bullets in the chest of the bearded soldier who is thrown back against the wall and then slumps lifeless to the ground.
OOC Roman, you can ignore the last damage that the soldier inflicted you. Because of Kim's AD, the soldier slipped during the grapple and required an 1/2 action to recover. He therefore didn't hit you.
Kim, Obviously you must mean the bearded soldier, once again grappling with Roman (-4). I'm assuming because a 5 feet steps bring you 5 feet away from the bearded one. The one who used to shoot at Ronin is still 15 feet away from roman (20 from you) with a lot of civilian in between
Let's hope you don't hit him...

Fortitude ro 6 + 3 = 9 failed. He's stunned. Roman can let him go as a free action and your next shot puts the soldier down, much like a free CDG (Arbitrary call, this is a minion and this fight gotta end!).

CPG could have seized the opportunity to flee but apparently didn't have the guts tp try. (Will check 5 + 1 = 6. DC was 10 + 1/2 Kim's agent level + charisma. Ad hoc game mechanic)
