Stacking AC bonuses?

As an example, here is a fake feat: If a player with this fake feat were able to hit twice during a turn, such as with an action point or a power like twin strike, the feat's effect would not stack with itself. It could, however, still stack with different untyped bonuses to AC granted by different feats.
I think an even better example are 'leader-type' feats:

e.g. "Inspiring Attacker: Whenever you hit with an attack power, your allies gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn."

Now, if several party members had this feat its effect would not stack.

IIRC, the main reason for introducing this rule update was because of the potential abuse of certain warlord feats/powers in groups with multiple warlords.

So if I make a Ranger with the Hunter Fighting Style which gives me a +4 to AC vs Attacks of Opportunity that I grant by using a ranged attack, and I take the Defensive Mobility feat which grants me a +2 to AC vs. Attacks of Opportunity, and I use a +1 Point Blank Longbow, which grants +2 to AC vs. Attacks of Opportunity that I grant by using a ranged attack with it, I essentially get a +8 to AC vs. Attacks of Opportunity when using ranged attacks. Correct?

Of course, beware the DM that occasionally throws a monster that targets Reflex as their basic attack (e.g., Cave Roper). I did that to the Artful Dodger rogue in my campaign and he was gave me a look that I still treasure to this day. :)

Well the party I'm with wanted a ranged striker who would pretty much stay "in the rear with the gear." I'm just trying to protect myself from getting cornholed by specializing in ranged attacks. I came close to taking another feat that gives +4 vs Attacks of Opportunity from ranged and area attacks, but I figured that might be overkill.

If a creature misses with an AoO, does it grant combat advantage to you?

One thing to keep in mind is that if you get good enough at evading OAs, the more intelligent monsters may not even bother trying them (they can see that an ally is granting CA due to trying to hit you, they don't want to grant CA to you, they know they're unlikely to hit-> they don't bother trying)

Just be aware that your Rogue can get very dead from nothing but regular attacks, if though every OA misses. Also, if you provoke enough OAs, some of them will still hit, and many of the ones that hit will be crits. I found that out the hard way.
Tis True.

We have an Artful dodger and its never the dodging around that gets her killed, its that AFTER she has moved into position, got her flanking and finished her turn, it just so often leaves her out of position, then she gets hurt.

Ok, last question and then I'll drop it. If my Ranger has:

Hunter Fighting Style = +4 vs OA from ranged attacks
+1 Point Blank Longbow = +2 vs OA from ranged attacks
Defensive Mobility = +2 vs. all OA
Battle Caster Defense = +4 vs OA from ranged or area powers
Dex score of 20 = +5 AC
+2 Magic Leather armor = +4 AC
5th Level = +2 AC for half level

1. So if I fire my bow and provoke an attack of opportunity, I have an AC of 33??
2. If he misses with his basic melee attack, I get to make an AO on him? or he just grants combat advantage during my next attack?

add opportunity knocks feat. When they miss OA, you gain CA. Now you don't need to flank them, might be able to get a better position.
I used this with my melee crossbow ranger.

While we are on the subject of stacking bonuses, I have always wondered if feat bonuses stack if they are situational.

For example: a Focus feat gives a +1 feat bonus to damage. So ANY other feat bonus to damage will not stack with it?

If this is the case, why would anyone take ANY other feat with a bonus to hit/dam/defenses than Expertise/Focus/Improved Defenses?

For eg. Would the OA feats stack with, say, Two-Weapon Defense when you are OA'ed?
