Standard 3.5 D&D - Higher Level?

I'm looking to possibly get into a new PbP game. Unfortunately, all I've seen lately is low level games and with the slow speed of PbP games, it takes years to get to even mid levels.

So, is anyone interested in taking the new rules out for a mid-high level test drive? Something around 10th-14th level? I'd run it myself, but I simply don't have the time.

Well that depends... Does anyone know if wizards of the coast is updating the SRD on the site to accomodate 3.5? I bought all the 3E stuff, but I literally don't have the resources to get 3.5 stuff. (My cashflow after bills comes out to about 30 bucks a month, so we're talking a few months paychecks just to cover PHB/DMG.

Meaning I won't be able to Play OR DM anything with 3.5 except for what I see in borrowed dragon magazines, or what I find online... Though from what I've seen in the Dragon excerpts, It looks like they fixed several of the problems I have.

Well... As I understand it, the SRD should be up on release day. Release day is suppose to be the 18th.

Andy Smith (I think thats his name -- the SRD updater guy) has said that it will go up on the 24th.

I don't want to DM, but I'd love to play.

Hmmm... seams you already have a large number of players... I guess it's okay, I don't have my hands on the 3.5 materials yet anyways... I'll keep my eyes open just in case there's room for me though...
