Death Star canon blows away anything D&D cares to throw at it (as long as it doesn't have a planet to hide behind). Job done. Star Wars wins.

Ethereal Jaunted Wizard, completely immune to the Death Star.

I don't know about 4e wizard, but a high level 3e wizard would destroy anything in the star wars universe.

Greater teleport+ Sphere of Ultimate Anihalation to the power core = win

One of my current DM's had this as a back story for a planet in the Dragonstar universe.

Also, the SW second wind will either give 1/4 hp or hp = to con score (whichever is higher). If the Jedi had a con of 13+, he would still be alive for another round to attack the dwarf.

Why didn't the Jedi withdraw, thus not triggering an attack of opportunity?

Dwarf didn't use Second Wind?

In the original version he didn't need to yet, but should have.

Considering the above, let's run through the last few rounds again...

The Jedi uses Force Disarm to pull the dwarves weapon out of his hand. Roll: 25! A hit. The dwarves warhammer tugs out of her hand, flying across to the Jedi's grip. The Jedi uses his Second Wind, regaining 11 hp (bringing him up to 16 hp). The Jedi moves back 6 squares. The dwarf gets no OA as he has no weapon ready.

The dwarf moves into normal range (closing 1 square) and throws a handaxe. Roll: 25! The Jedi makes his Deflect roll: 26! The Jedi cuts the axe out of the air. The dwarf burns an action point to get another attack, throwing another axe, roll: 11, miss.

The Jedi uses Force Slam (4d6 normal), burning a Force point to increase the damage (+2d6 damage). Roll: 19, a hit, causing 22 damage and knocking her prone. This bloodies the dwarf and brings her down to 11 hp.

The dwarf stands, uses Second Wind (bringing her up to 19 hp) and moves in for an attack. She rolls 16, dealing 9 damage (taking the Jedi down to 7 hp).

The Jedi swipes at the stout warrior, roll: 21, a hit. The lightsaber deals 9 damage to the dwarf (bringing her down to 10 hp). The Jedi wants space and withdraws moving 6 squares.

The dwarf can only reach the Jedi with a charge, or a handaxe, neither is a great option. Hoping to survive the OA, the dwarf charges... the Jedi misses with his lightsaber... the dwarf attacks, rolls a 19 and rolls a 1 on damage. The Jedi takes 6, dropping him down to 1 hp. Lucky bastard.

The Jedi burns a Force point to increase his attack roll, for a total of 19, just enough. The Jedi deals 13 damage, dropping the dwarf.

Clearly if the rolls were even a bit better the Jedi would have dropped anyway. The dwarf's daily power rocked the Jedi, but Force Slam returned the favor. Again, the to-hit disparity favors the dwarf, but after a second look, the damage favors the dwarf as well. Warhammer does 6-15 damage, while the lightsaber deals 2-16, on average, the dwarf does more. Quite simply the Jedi is far easier to hit.

Dwarf warrior gets a reaction attack to anyone moving near them, I am not sure how withdraw would work with this, but it even can hit Shifting people....

Does the dwarf need a weapon? Cannot he attack with his fists?

Not sure how it works in 4E, but in older d20 games (and SWSE as well, IIRC) you can't do AoO's unarmed unless you have some form of Martial Arts (or "Improved Unarmed Strike").

Still -- fun little exercise! :)
