Garrote - Complete Adventurer or Arms and Equipment Guide (3.0)

Atlatl - Frostburn or Arms and Equipment Guide (3.0)

atlatl-I understood that an atlatl was just a device used to launch a dart(shortspear) a longer distance. perhaps you might just increase the range incx2 or 30' and increase the d 1 step.

I thought that it was included in the standard javelin. (but I'm not finding anything that supports that)

That should have had a ? on the end. I'm almost certain I saw it in CV. Maybe I'm still remembering it from Song and Silence?
