Strongest racial animosity in D&D?

Well this is somehow obscure and setting speciffic. But if I recall correctly:

Any elf -> Valley elf

Basically Valley elfs are seen as the lowest of the dirt, even below the Drow. Giving up their pride and freedom to willingly serve a human mage and his Drow cohort are about the worst sins possible to an elf. Even the elven gods had forsaken them (except for Ellhona, because she doesn't really care)

Drow vs Elves is a good one. The drow massacre and torture the elves they catch during raids- for fun. Seems bad. Elves had drow, but not like the drow had the elves.

Aboleths vs land dwellers?

In a campaign- whatever the DM says is the strongest racial hatred.

Half-Orc Adventures vs. Barkeepers.

I would hate half-orcs too if their main purpose in life was to enter my place of business for the sole reason of picking fights with my customers and breaking furniture.
