Super Duperest Class EVER!

I need a melee class that when something happens like a certain amount of damage or other circumstance, the character can morph or go into some sort of super rage, any clues?

The Barbarian can go into a rage... and the Druid can morph.

But somehow I don't think that's what you're asking.

The variant barbarian class feature in PHB2 (berserker strength) allows a barbarian to rage whenever his hit points are less than 5 times his barbarian level.

ooh, good. I'm thinking a berserker type that maybe gets a size cat. bigger and grows horns or something, Anything close? anyone?

Duergar?

One of their SLA's is

Spell-Like Abilities: 1/day—enlarge person and invisibility as a wizard of twice the duergar’s class level (minimum caster level 3rd); these abilities affect only the duergar and whatever it carries.

You can activate the enlarge person spell when you feel like you've take sufficient damage...

Other than that? Make a Mutants & Masterminds character based on The Hulk ;)

One interesting idea is to mix the PHB2 variant class feature barbarian with the Bear Warrior prestige class from Complete Warrior. This way, you get a barbarian that can change into a bear when he rages. Adding levels of Warshaper (also from Complete Warrior) also allows the character to grow other natural weapons such as horns.

Check the Warrior Class from the EverQuest 20Rpg. They rage whenever their hp total gets belowe 1/4th of max.

Otherwise, check Tome of Magic, Binder Class. There may be a vistage that would suit your needs.

The first level Goliath Barbarian subsitution level gives Mountain Rage, which increases the Goliath to large size while raging.

The Bear Warrior from Complete Warrior can substitute morphing into bear form for Rage. If you can combine that with the Berserker Strength variant from the PHBII (DM's permission required, as the effects of that variant aren't explicitly Rage), then you're close to what you're looking for. Add levels of Warshaper for extra goodness.

Psst. See post #5.
