I am in the middle of making my own ruleset for 5E psionics, and getting close to done at this point.

Have you written about your approach in a thread somewhere? I have this big pile of notes on psionics, from Eldritch Wizardry to the revised Dark Sun setting, trying to consolidate them into a 5E version, but I'm kind of stuck, because I kind of want to be both a 5E purist and a psionics purist about it, and I'm not sure how to do it.
