Tabasco Sauce: Whats your favorite kind?

I was raised 48 miles from Avery Island (I was raised in Morgan City, LA), I love the regular red Tabasco but my girlfriend likes the Chipotle one for flavor.

I like the normal red Tabasco also, it has good flavor. I tried the Dave's Insanity sauce once, but wasn't too impressed. I prefer Blair's Possible Side Effects. It has a bit more kick. Though I'm still looking for something too hot to eat...

I don't like Tabasco. I like Frank's Hot Sauce. It's not hot, but flavorful.

We use Frank's at work for our buffalo wings. Especially when it's reused from the day before.... WHEW! It'll either clear the sinuses or make them run (in my case, the latter).
