Take THAT, evil kobold!

I particularly enjoyed all the extra advice about playing and running a game in the module. Plus the randomness feature was a good tutorial for a starting DM. And all the sample characters... in all it was more like a mini-Starter Set than just a module. With just the rules and B1 you could run a pretty good campaign.

Jaquay's Dark Tower from Judges Guild? I can only assume your down sizing this quite a bit in translating to 3.5. Otherwise I'd peg this as a lvl 9-12 dungeon at the upper (or lower depending on your POV) levels.

I've never actually read Order of the Stick, but from what I glean, I think all my games are like that.

This past game session involved half an hour of eating fried chicken, two hours of stories about stupid pets, an hour of gaming, and then three hours of making new characters.

*grin*

Downsizing? Nope :D I will be converting it as faithfully as possible.

Considering my group of PCs are at level 6 after going through B1 and B2 ... we are using the UA xp option, since these modules have lots of little baddies, and I want to give them XP for them, even if it is an easy battle.
