WotC has shared some new art of Takhisis, Dragonlance’s 5-headed dragon queen.
A valid critique but IMO that armor works in her case. She's like a sea urchin, beautiful but stay away or risk writhing agony!I love the dragon art, but I'm not a fan of impossibly unwieldy armor like that. Even in WoW I use older more practical pieces as my visuals, rather than the stuff that sticks out all over the place.
Didn't at least one artist admit Pat Benatar was a visual reference for Kitiara?
Why yes, my name is Takhisis, and yes, I have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Now, mortal..... hit me with your best shot. Muahahahahahahaha!
Deities would be among the few figures who could actually rock the chainmail bikini as they wouldn't be fearing damage. Depends whether you want temptation to be part of their portfolio.Dig it, very much. From 80s hair and eyeshadow to smoky goth eyeliner. Also, clothing that covers her.

Which is the case. IIRC she had 3 forms per the books: 5 headed dragon, dark warrior and beautiful temptress.Deities would be among the few figures who could actually rock the chainmail bikini as they wouldn't be fearing damage. Depends whether you want temptation to be part of their portfolio.
Really? In that case - perfectDidn't at least one artist admit Pat Benatar was a visual reference for Kitiara?
Sorry, all I can find as a citation is TVTropes. So we don't have proof from the artist--though at least one other person has noticed.Really? In that case - perfect

Yep. A viscerally comprehensible sort of malice. “Why are attracting my attention you meaningless thing?”It looks more condescending than bored to me. Which fits I think.
