"Greetings young man. The hunt has been planned fook for a little while now. The creatures lair has been scouted out it resides Sighing Vally. I know nothing more on tgr matter I'm afraid, I don't get told much. As for the magnificent creatures are well cared for, for all there faults the knights are very protective of their mounts. Don't worry about the flying the steeds have good instinct's and look the saddles you are strapped in securly and cannot fall. The old man smiles highlighting the crags on his kind weathered face as he demonstrates the clasps and harness on the saddle.

GM: While Duran has been in the Spire, there has only really been small patrols leaving. From the chatter with the other servants the last big raid was about two weeks ago. At least one Feathergale was killed and there is some talk of prisoners, though there isn't a dungeon in the Spire that you know of.

I have not been here long, but I have heard that the circle of life completed its self here not two weeks ago... at the same time there was talk if prisoners. I know they are here but there is no dungeon to this spore Duran's face contorts as he talks of the prisoners. " I just wish to see that they are ok and well"

Errol considered the information gathered from the stable hand. “Prisoners? Did they turn them over to the magistrate?” he asked Duran. “What was the nature of that big excursion two weeks ago?” That fit the timeline of the missing Mirabar delegation. “Where are they keeping the prisoners?”

He glanced at the others. Perhaps those locked doors? Or one of the doors that the guards in the entryway were watching carefully whenever they approached them?

GM: Sorry to remote control Duran again, the servants don't know the exact nature of the raid, but the knights seen to reminisce occasionally. You've never heard details but the occasional snippet of conversion are along the lines of "... inflexible stone cult..." or "...one up on our stone brothers..." and "... our air masters...". It's also clear that at least some of the prisoners have been sent somewhere else.

Errol frowned at Duran’s words. “They should be turned over to the magistrate, then, if they are deserving of imprisonment. Sent to Waterdeep for trial, if these knights answer to their order there. Perhaps we should find them and determine just who they are and why they are being held.”
