"Let non escape." the old druid shouts out with unusual blood for the normally level heard man hoping his spell will hold he dashes after the fleeing reaver. As the druid runs after the reaver he imbues staff with the power of nature.

Errol tries to chase down the fleeing bandit but can't find his mark. Illvilious races to catch up with the fleeing priest while Duran pursues the fleeing bandit. Nariah lets loose a bolt of fey energy that strikes the fleeing bandit but it's not enough to take him down. J.V offers teh held reaver the chanceto surrender, but recieves a tirade of mental abuse for his trouble. The reaver's face contorts on rage as he struggles to break free from Duran's magic. It is obvious he is fanatical about his cause and will not surrender.
The priest tries to outrun Illvilious relying on his magic.

J.v. Demands surrender from the reaver who refuses
Errol moves towards the fleeing bandit and loses a bolt at him but misses - I'm not too worried about him, the chances of him outrunning your X-bow are minimal, and with a rogue in the party he can't outrun you anyway.
Illvilious moves, dashes and spends 1 ki to dash again to catch up to the priest.
Duran, moves then dashes after the fleeing bandit.
Nariah shoots eldritch blast at the fleeing bandit catching a solid blow- The reaver isn't fleeing, he is held, at the time of your action, by Duran's spell so I'm assuming that you want to catch the bandit before he flees.
The priest continues to flee - provoking an attack of opportunity from Illvilious.
The bandit continues to flee.
The reaver attempts to break free of the hold Reaver WIS save at end of turn: 1D20 = [8] = 8 failed
[/SBLOCK]
So the combat doesn't drag out, I'm going to end it here. The bandit is easily killed, the reaver will fight to the death, but for the sake of a handful of HPs he's done anyway.
The priest then - Illvilious will get his AoO, if that doesn't break the priests concentration, Illvilious can't keep up without Ki (I think Illvilious is out). Errol also gets one more attack before the priest is out of range.

I believe the priest, with a speed of thirty, can cover 90' per round?
Ilvellios doesn't get the bonus action dash but with a base speed of 45' can still keep up with his move and dash action?

And with that statement suddenly a lot makes sense again. I had a little table working out how many rounds everyone had to shoot/chase him until he either got away or ran out of expeditious retreat slots. When I worked it out initially I must had used 45ft for Illvilious' move rather than 40, which is what I used last round.
With that in mind, when the priest realises he can't outrun Illvilious he'll turn and fight, but he's not got enough left to do anything significant.
I'll end the combat with no escapees, and update in a couple of days when I get a chance.
"Some one wants us dead" the old man wheezes."And I need a lie down" Planting his rear on the ground stroking his dog almost as a after thought adding final wheeze"Is anyone hurt"?
