talk of coats?

Looking at Tor with a grin Jerrand says," I guess we are talking about coats," he starts to laugh alittle then after accepting a dwarven ale from the barmaid he contiunes. " I've not heard of this Tarag ? fellow, but then again I am new here. I would be in the market for something diiferent then the armor I currently have now. But until I find a way to make alittle more money I'm stuck with what I have."

ooc: got an e-mail back from a couple judges ( and that was fast) they told me that two new adventures are being made and should be posted here soon :D

Knight Otu said:
"I guess people here are attracted to activity. I mean, that's why many of us are here. Activity might mean adventure, a job, an opportunity to learn... so we kind of flock together as the winds guide us. Assuming we don't doze off, of course, or something."

Tor nods and accepts the ale when it arrives. She takes a drink before she speaks. "I think that's just the reason, Semabin. And thanks for the ale, Gildrim. Well, Jamilee, it looks like we're still talking about coats. Do you have another topic to talk about. I mean, coats are nice. But a coat is a coat. It's purpose is to keep you warm."

"Tarag has an offer to reduces prices somewhat if you help him work, but it seems he isn't around, currently. Perhaps he is an adventuring salesman like this diSenzio - I didn't ask, but it seems he could be."

"Fear not," Jamilee croaks out after another swig. "I do not want to compete, not ssstrch... not strictly. But I have a philosophical hhrninterest in keeping those that want to be armed and armoured." Her face twists up in an expression approaching a grin. "Maybe I'n not hrrrrrgruite as good as he. But. I am sure I can make a few things that help keep all your skins intact, and make your hrrenemies' less so. For a modest compensation."

Her raven's given up on trying to steal bits of chiken from Gildrim, and is now eyeing the ale steins on the table instead. Jamilee's, especially. "Ale," it quorks to itself.

Noticing the ravens interest in the ale about the table Jerrand leans forward to place one hand on his stien's handle and the other on top of it. "Can your skills let you repair items in disrepair also, Jamilee?" he asks, giving the bird a small frown and stern look as it hops near his side of the table.
