"Well..." Troi says as the merchant offers to come with the pair. "I dunno. We haven't even really caught your name, so I can't say as to whether or not you can come with us."

"Not only that, but keepin' numbers down is important. We don't want a bunch a people goin' cross-country, y'understand. I gotta feelin' it'd be me, Zoe," He smiles as he mentions her name, "uh, Felix, he's a business partner... Thungar, most definitely... Grak, I'm not gonna leave him behind... and probably Velbrik and Telerin, if they'd want to go. Seven's a big enough number as is, y'know?"

"Besides, people, we're probably not leavin' right now." Troi says. "So calm down. If we leave, we'll probably leave a note out for ya, or somethin'. I'm sure Joe would be amenable to letting us put a note up on the bulletin boards, or whatever. This ain't happenin' today."

"And not just that, but there are a few things that I need to do here, before I set off." He says with a sigh. "Some important things. Getting my hands on some decent amount a cash'd be a good idea, for instance."

"Agreed, I had wanted to put down some roots at soem point and such things need capital."

Zoe sits back and relaxes, happy that Troi took the discussion out of her hands. He travelled before, he must know what he's doing.

Felix
"Agreed, I had wanted to put down some roots at soem point and such things need capital."

"Well, I kinda doubt that Lathirn - that's my hometown - is the place to 'put down some roots', if y'know what I mean." As he speaks, Troi rubs his left shoulder absentmindedly. "That place is seedier 'n hell. But yeah, capital's what make's the world go round, so far as Lathirn's concerned."

He looks at Rinaldo.

"No offense, there, merchant-guy, but we gotta keep our numbers down. Smaller numbers means less ways to split the loot, if there is any. There's lots a people, here, though... chances are you'll find somebody that'd be willin' to team up with ya."

Zoe looks around at the elf: "Flying? You mean actually taking off from the ground. Isn't that frightening? It looks like you are going to fall all the time." Zoe shivers, her cloth shifting over her body, "Nope, not something I would ever like to do. Oh, but sorry, my manners. I'm Zoe Clearwater. And you might be?" she asks.

Llolian waits for a a bit of silence in the bar, then holds out his hand to Zoe.

"I am Llolian. A pleasure. Have you tried this Naked Eye drink Tiggle puts together?"

With a shrug of his shoulders Torindel makes his way to an open bar stool and has a seat in hope that others will soon be entering the tavern with whom he may speak...

"So, Zoe," Troi says, "think you can handle hangin' out with Grak? You probably haven't stayed here for the night, since you were at the temple... that half-orc stays up half the night and sings. Poorly." He smiles. "He's a good guy, though. Nice enough. Just loud."

"And Thungar... well, let's just say that I made a promise, or something to that extent. He's gonna come with us, hopefully... if I can convince 'im..."

"Velbrik, he seems to know his stuff. Don't know much about him other than that, though, I suppose. Sounds like he's got a lotta history stuck up in his head."

"Telerin... good guy. His wolf friend there'll be helpful if we run into trouble. I think he's a druid - y'know, those nature priests, or whatever - so that makes him even better to have along."

Troi stares into the bottom of his empty glass for a few long moments. "Yep... seven of us... but I wonder if there's gonna be a job 'round here soon... we could really use some cash 'fore we head out, if we head out..."

Velbrik
"Excellent," Velbrik says. He glances at the steaming concoction dubiously. He reaches forth in a gesture that seems almost forced, and picks up the goblet to take a very small sip of it, the expression on his face clearly expecting either an explosion or a hand to reach out from the liquid and tweak his nose.

"Hmmm hmm glad you like it plenty more drinks for a good story teller of that I promise you, and glad you have your wits about you on the dragons, the moment you tell me your searching for them is the moment you are on the cut-off list"

Ned
"Not bad... though I better go a bit easy, I don't drink alcohol often..."

"Fair enough fair enough, just want you to relax a bit, the Red Dragon's a lot more fun that way. Just relax and sip slowly and your worries will ease away. Theres a lot to see in this world and it ain't for the timid, and just think that instead of reading those books its much better to go out there and come back and write your own, I did..... now where did I put that thing" Tiggle begins rumaging alover the place causing more than one bottle of liquid to break. "Ahh he it is Ten Thousand Tastes Tiggle's Tounge Tried by Tiggle Quite a fun little read if I do say so myself."

Zoe
"Thanks Troi", she smiles and looks at the gnome: "Make it something fancy with lots of different stuff in it, but not too much alcohol please."

"As the lady orders just a moment." Glasses are out and behind the bar is full of motion as the bargnome goes about mixing another drink. Those watching see him start with many wild fruits and berries all mashed in a large glass. Tiggle then takes out a large jug labled Halfling Honey and pours a small amount into the mix. Another brisk stir brings the drink to a frothy wirl of colors. "Here we are my dear the Lazy Day perfect for taking a good long relaxing look at your life and the world around you. The halfling mead is quite weak but really brings the fruit flavors togther."

Llolian
Llolian swigs the Naked Eye and sputters, barely missing Troi and Zoe. He blows out a deep breath, then takes a small sip. "Ah. That's better," he says. "Very good, thanks, Tiggle. You are my bartender extrordinaire."

"Heee heee weeeeee, glad you like it and glad to be of service. Now you staty decent there we have ladies present."
Tiggle gives Llolian a playful wink.

Milo
The drink had a powerful effect on Milo, to say the least.

"Oh, I gotta lye down. I'll be upstairs."

He clutches his stomach and stumbles towards the stairs.

"Oh dear, I guess I must watch who I give that one too, rest well Milo Ill be sure that there is no charge on your room for a month.....Joe's gonna have my toes..."

"Thanks, Tiggle." Troi says, nodding to the gnome. "So what do I owe ya?"

Troi
Thanks, Tiggle." Troi says, nodding to the gnome. "So what do I owe ya?"

"Hmmm well heres the deal, Joe's knowing that times are hard on you all so hes not expecting much of a profit. But I am needing something, the thing is ten thousand tastes just isn't enough anymore, and the random things I can make here are limited to my supply, which is depleating, so heres what I want......AND THIS GOES FOR ALL OF YOU," Tiggle shouts to the tavern in his high squeeky voice, "I need some new ingridients something anything to make something new. You say you want to head out on the road soon..... just try and return someday and bring me back one item Ive never put in a drink and we will be square for quite some time." Tiggle extends his hand in a gentlemens offer to Troi smiling brightly.
