-How long has your group been playing together?
About eight years, with most of the group. Three of us have been playing together for 18 years.

-What are the ages, genders, and professions of the people in your group?
I'm gonna try to do this from memory, so some of the ages and exact professions may be a little off... Let's see, we have:
A 34-year-old male newspaper editor (me, the current DM)
A 34-year-old male electrician
A 34-year-old male insurance adjuster (the other guy who DMs a lot)
A 35-year-old male architect in a town public works department
A 26-year-old male social security worker
A 29-year-old male IT specialist
A 27-year-old male DNA sample taker for state corrections agency (don't know the job title)
A 28-year-old female reporter
A 26-year-old female childcare worker

On observation on table size - 4e positively hums along when we have 5 players plus DM, but when we have a full table it bogs down terribly.

-What edition are you playing?
4e.

How long has your group been playing together?

How long has your group been playing together? "Heirs of Turucambi" began in July of '07. It was meant as a continuation of my play-by-post game "Beneath the Pinnacles of Azor'alq", which began in 1998.

What are the ages, genders, and professions of the people in your group It's a chat-based game, so I haven't a clue. While some players say they are female and others say they are male, for all I know they could all be the same 67-year old bald guy accessing the internet in his underwear from Fresno, CA.

What edition are you playing 3e/3.5e/d20. 4e seriously nerfed games like mine, at least for now.

Well, people come and go. I've two players who've been playing with me since '93, when we started playing RPGs. The current charter has been more or less the same since '06.

Currently we're all males in our late 20s/early 30s. A teacher (I), an astronomist and 4 call center operators.

As for D&D, we played 3.5 until Pathfinder came out. I sometimes run Labyrinth Lord one-nighters and we have a member who's planning an AD&D2 campaign. We also play other RPGs as Call (and Trail) of Cthulhu and Mutants & Masterminds, and the occasional boardgame, our favorites being Twilight Imperium, Settlers of Catan and Coloretto.
