Templates: What am I missing?

Ok after working on the Sisyphian task of doing the PrC database decided to try something I think is more achievable to take a breather and a lot easier. So right now I'm working on a Template database instead. This is the file I have so far. What have I missed out from WotC and d20 sources?

I'll start naming a few missing templates:
First of all, from the Manual of the Planes, by Wizards of the Coast, Anarchic, Axiomatic, Half-Elemental, Air Element Creature, Earth Element Creature, Fire Element Creature, Water Element Creature, Wood Element Creature, Cold Element Creature, and Petitioner.

From the MotP. Its a template that is added to lesser creatures from a certain plane. For example, the Manes is the name of the Abyssal petitioner.

OK, this isn't something that you left out, it's something that you shouldn't have put in.

Listed alphabetically with everything else, you have "Creature, Source, Publisher". Thought you might like to know that.
