The Bad Batch - SPOILERS

I very much doubt Hunter is force sensitive, but the Kaminoans did not actually say which of the missing clones was the important one.
True, but . . . pretty sure the important one is Omega. The kaminoan who let the Bad Batch go, was really letting Omega escape.

We still don't know Omega's purpose, other than she is a special clone, who not only looks differently than the other clones, but was treated very differently by the kaminoans as well.

IMO, that's too obvious. And - using meta - the Kaminoans would have just said "Omega" rather than "one of the enhanced clones" if the writers weren't trying to conceal a twist. Omega is along as a Kaminoan Agent whose mission is to keep tabs on the clone that is important. Here is an idea: suppose you wanted to clone a perfect spy. What better disguise than to make a fully grown clone look like a child?

But which clone do they want to keep tabs on?
Hunter?
We don't even know if it's a specific clone. All they said was that they only need one back. It could be something all the modified clones share, which the Kaminoans consider useful. Maybe something tied to their resistance to the biochip, since Crosshair clearly isn't considered useful for their purpose.

That makes a lot of sense, apart from one small snag: why would the Kaminoans think the Empire would want to buy less controllable clones?

Perhaps the intent is to find a way to correct that problem?
It clearly worked eventually with Crosshair, maybe Omega's imitation of Hunter might have another reason behind it?

Observation: Omega's eye colour is lightish brown, similar to the other clones. This seems to rule out my initial idea that she could be a clone of Satine, who has blue eyes. Her hair is very similar, but that's not a good genetic indicator as eye colour. Palpatine has grey eyes when they are not yellow. Anakin Skywalker has blue eyes. Obi-Wan has blue-grey eyes. Qui-Gon has blue eyes. Count Dooku does have a compatible eye colour though.

Its established that Jango Fetts sister had blonde hair (as does Temuera Morrisons sister), I got the impression that as she is also a defective clone of Jango Fett, Omega views herself as being the same 'family' as Hunter and the others. Whether it is more than that is unknown.
