Continuing to meditate, Tenebrynn is unaware of Laynie's disappearance. As he does not need to maintain continual concentration, he has been paying attention to the conversation and Vanitri's story. For the moment he does not have anything to add. however, and continues to intone his personal mantra.

"And why if we can know? After all, we are now all in the same boat, it would be appreciated you finish your thoughts" tells Rinaldo.

A bit away, Hogarth look at teh library an then back to Laynie wondering what Vanitri have discovered that either him or Laynie should know.

"If she did it, I think she may have been trying to atone for killing a boy she liked in an illegal mage duel. And a later memory of hers had a similar, older man of the same name, though the name was escaping her, who also could be Laynie's father."

"Elayna Valsice is a dangerous woman, who'd just as soon kill you for being non-human as getting in her way, and no good can come from what she has wrought here."

"If she is this Dark Lord you mentioned and would kill any one of us just because she felt like it, why would she want to atone for killing someone, even someone she cared about? You sound as if you want her to help us, but that doesn't sound like such a good idea to me." adds Tenebrynn who had been listening intently.

"I must tell I have been a bit surprised by the memory I had. That girl, Elayna as you call her, if it is the same girl I had a memory of, had been master of a cabal... or I should say, was about to create it, as she was with her students, or I could say followers for some, performing the ritual to create her cabal. And she felt the power of leadership. She control the lust in her for that power at that moment, but over time, it is a powerful desire. Too many king have died in teh hand of some tyran who was slave to that lust for power, too many merchant was ruined by his competitor for there lust of wealth. I am not confortable with that memory I got. I agree with Ashnar, we should stay clear of that library... but at teh same time, it might contain teh answers to many questions. If we could keep these light away from us, we might eb able to search the room. Tenebrynn might be safe for now, but for how long?"

OOC: Seems to. Vanitri asked Hogarth to keep watch on her while the other come to speak together... so we are doing without them.
