The good news is the mark of a fighter does not require a Minor Action. The bad news is the Run action imparts a -5 penalty to attack rolls until start of next turn, so Soldier’s attack would seem to total 13.

Ts'iri continues to attack the bandit between her and Kama'zer. She stabs at him once more, hoping to make him regret attacking her. She might not be a fighter, but she was pretty good with a knife.

Mri'thas' magic missiles sparkle right into the side of the already-wounded bandit, nearly finishing him off, but not quite.

Soldier comes storming back to the fight, but in his haste, his axe swings wide off the bandit and leaves the warforged open until he can get his bearings (granting CA till the start of his next turn, due to running).

Ts'iri hexes the bandit that Soldier just missed, then finishes off the severely wounded bandit with a swipe of her dagger (B1 dead).

Callen, with only one target remaining, blasts the bandit with his magic missile and the spell of force slams into his ribs.

Seeing that there's no escape, the bandit tries to take advantage of Soldier's recklessness, but his luck has run out, and his mace swings wide of the warforged.

Ts'iri takes this moment to step back from hand to hand and fires off an arcane blast at the bandit. He sems much better at dodging it than he did her knofe though as it misses him. Maybe she should have stayed in melee.
