As Terminus and Armiel both majestically strike, the beast seemingly having lost its wind, collapses into a smoldering pile.

The Room behind the puzzle room is largely barren, however the foul smell of dead things and giant excrement hangs heavy in the air, A set of stairs that go down can be seen in the far end of the room

(Am going to try a more Mud Inspired method with the next room)

[Kobold Stew]

Indulgence (62/64) wipes the ghoul remains from off her armor with a cloth, cleans her blade and resheathes it. Then she pours herself a drink. After quickly draining the flask, she refills it, and looks arond at the giant's corpse poking at it curiously. when her friends have rested, she proceeds to the top of the staircase.
"I think our thief should go first." She drains the flask and puts it away, and, preparing to descend, re-draws her sword.

Aramil nods, agreeing the Indulgence's statement. He searches the room, looking for anything of value.

Djiminick starts picking over the giant's body, looking for anything valuable.

"That wasn't so bad. You guys aren't so bad with the killing."

After picking over the giant, he takes a seat on the giant's shins, taking his breath.

Kral walk over to the stairs and takes a peek down the length of it.

'Seems this place is going to be filed up with surprises for us' 'wont even think what Manlich looks like' 'if hes half a ugly like that giant im gonna faint' Kral laughs holding his belly.

Armiel quickly scouts the room and the stairs, finding little.

One of the ghouls had an +2 Amulet of Health on them, (phb 249)

The stairs themselves seem to fine, and untrapped. The wrap arround, folding back in on themselves, making it impossible to see all the way down without going down.
