For all of you who have read the book The Hobbit, by Tolkien, you know that:
Bilbo took home with him the friendship of the dwarves of the Lonely Mountain, the friendship of the men of Dale and Laketown, the friendship of the elves of Mirkwood, a treasure chest of gold, a treasure chest of silver, and all of the buried treasure of the three trolls turned to stone.

Is this what he deserved?
Did he deserve better than this?
Did he deserve worse?

What do you think?

One thirteenth of the treasure, as originally specified, plus the honors of a (partial) Dragonslayer, et cetera.

He saved the dwarves several times, did what he was supposed to do (ie. infiltrate Smaug's lair, steal something and get back again), and his actions before the Battle of Five Armies were taken in the best interest of everyone involved. Even Thorin admitted this in the end, when he had cooled down.

So yes, I think Bilbo deserved what he got, and got what he deserved.

(BTW, didn't Gandalf take half of the troll treasure, to use for good purposes?)

Why is there no option for 'Exactly what he got in the story'?

Because even Edena realized that there were too many options already, and that adding one more would cause the Boards to implode in a fit of pique? :)

Uh...Bilbo was the fourteenth member of the party and, hence, was contracted burgle for a fourteenth share.

Don't forget he got a magic sword and a magic ring! :)

He also had an adventure which he wrote about in a book, royalty rights, movie deal, signings and conventions kept his family well off for some time! :) :) :) :) :) :)
