Maybe I'm just getting grumpy in my old age, but does anybody else get offended that as soon as March rolls around
every single last thing in the world is somehow related to St. Patrick's Day?
Because St. Patrick's Day is coming up, you call your article "29 Irish Side Dishes" then in the second line say that they're "Irish-
inspired"...
Just having potatoes and/or cabbage in it does not make it an "Irish side dish" or even "Irish-
inspired", you bloody
leathcheann...
I know I'm second-generation American, and only
technically still "Irish" by virtue of the grandfather-rule about Irish citizenship... But
kimchi is NOT an acceptable green to put in
colcannon.
