Silicon Valley was a mistake.

I worked for companies there for years and regularly made trips there. I hate it and the mindset that comes with it.

The whole thing is a parasite.

Most of these start-ups exist to solve problems that do not exist, and are simply hoping to get bought out by a real player because of a patent, or some other IP component. Yet, the laws of economics do not apply to them. It just simply isn't necessary to make profit, you know, like a normal business to continue to exist, see Uber et al. And often, again like Uber, there is no real path to actual profitability as a continuing enterprise. This all then leads to a culture where everybody thinks they're so smart and have all the answers and are obsessed with this nebulous "disruption" and shaking up the paradigm etc.

They never pause and look around while eating their terrible $60 kale pizza at the bay area metro they live in, in which nobody can afford to exist and go "are we the baddies?"

But hey, they get free beer and ping pong tables, so it's all good.

Sorry rant over.

This triggers me.

Well, this and people who put ice in wine.

Seriously, Tuna on Pizza!?!?! I now want a version of Sisu where the bad guys are the folks who put canned tuna on pizza and it is set in the pizzeria and surrounding area!
Seafood pizza (tuna, prawns and anchovies) is a standard menu item for most UK pizza takeaways. It's one of my top three favourites, above ham & pineapple and below BBQ chicken.

I can imagine quality well chosen seafood on pizza being a thing... :-)
