Here, fair food is fried, gloopy noodles covered in a fairly disgusting sauce. I would love to meet the inventor of yakisoba and kick him or her repeatedly. I MISS decent street food. Korea? Fantastic street food. Vietnam? To die for. Japan? Godawful. Whoever thought that half cooked dough balls with octopus inside was a child's treat?
