I am paid to do it. I am on so many of them. It's exhausting and awful. Between Musk and the general en-s-ification of social media in general, they're almost all terrible now, far worse than they were even two years ago, when I think everyone agreed they had gotten pretty bad.And apparently social media!
I'd have to be paid, well, to engage with those things at this point.

Work aside, I still like being able to keep in touch with people from high school and college who've scattered all over the globe, in one place, but I really wish it was a roll-your-own situation where I could get everyone onto a single, smaller service. But given the wide spread of technical expertise amongst my friends and family, that seems unlikely.
That’s a negative on the twitter. Just discord and ENworldI can completely understand that. I have quite a few friends who need to take the occasional "vacation" from it. I will ask, however, if you have a Twitter account? I find that place to be far more toxic, so have never signed up.
