I’m still salty about not getting the Salty achievement.
Only ten max-level alts? HA! Get away from me, you filthy casual! I don't associate with people who don't have at least thirty max-level alts, to show proper dedication to the craft of gaming!they spend the whole time they're queued up in the group finder waiting for the next run insulting each other and talking crap about anyone who isn't l33t enough to have ten max-level alts on multiple servers.
I kind of agree -- I mean, I don't always like the fishing minigame, but the games I like best all have them. EXCEPT for the more recent Assassin's Creed games -- I love Open World, I love ancient history, it's a natural fit for me. But they don't generally have fishing minigames...
I am still so proud of my legendary fishing pole in WoW, which I spent weeks leveling up to unlock all of the really cool abilities, like using it to walk on water or to turn into a fish myself.

The tournament is very lightly populated nowadays and I think they instance it when too many people participate. And I think Salty is granted to the top three winners. So if you are still playing, it's definitely worth trying.I’m still salty about not getting the Salty achievement.
That’s good to know. It’s been a decade or so since I played. Warlords was announced but hadn’t come out yet. So 2014-ish.The tournament is very lightly populated nowadays and I think they instance it when too many people participate. And I think Salty is granted to the top three winners. I'm considering doing the tournament again to get the Booty Bay teleport boots as part of my fishing gear set.
