Admittedly, it was extremely lightly attended, so my fifty write-in votes carried the day. But I take it as a mandate from the people to enact my draconian austerity measures!

I started a thread for short articles useful for DMs of 3.0/3.5 edition over here. It's only just started, so there's definitely room for some arguments, attacking strawmen, and beating dead horses yet.
