What I'm surprised at is Montana and bigamy. I'd have thought that was more of a Utah problem. Montana, I'd have more expected death by the sky falling (it being "Big Sky" country).

Fun Fact: One year, the national Rocky Horror Picture Show convention and the NecronomiCon were held the same weekend at the same hotel in Providence...

A bunch of Lovecraft fans in cosplay outfits turned up at our Thursday night rave... And nobody batted an eye - we just laughed and invited them back to our parties afterward.

Heh. A number years back my wife and I had lunch in Santa Monica. As we were eating we both suddenly paused in mid bite as a few zombies walked past our window heading down the sidewalk. Then more came. In total about 70-100 people in zombie make-up that would have fit in on the set of The Walking Dead paraded down the sidewalk. Apparently there had been a zombie walk scheduled that we had no idea about. Since we both love horror, we had a blast watching them go by.
