This is true on a lot of levels. For me, I find that a diet is easier to stick to if the diet allows me to eat at least some of the foods that I love. Sure, I had to give up some of my favorite foods, but it's tolerable as long as I get to supplement them with other favorites of mine.This is not me being flippant or unserious, by the way.
