Since the government issued the warrant, and the government technically owns the land your home is on, I'd say yes.

Back when Macintosh computers were first coming out, my Uncle Dave worked in a bank. They got Macs for the bankers. Now, if you used the early Macs, you know how easy it was to change all of the sounds the system made. So one of his coworkers got into his computer, and the next time he inserted a disk into the computer, it said "Are you sure you want to do that, Dave?"

But Police Vamp might have the legal right of entry but it doesn't trump his need for a personal invitation.
