The people that make specific claims about what others have said and did, generally have the burden of proof when it comes ... to what people have said and did.

When you are asking people to back up those claims, then you aren't actually making a claim of your own.

This has been another in a series of "Simple lessons for people trying to carry on arguments in this thread for reasons I don't understand."
