I can't recommend the "ignore" feature enough some days. I'll admit, I didn't use it use it for a long time. And overusing it can be its own issue. But it really only takes a short list of ignores to drastically improve both the mood of the forums, and the overall quality of content.

If the boards are getting you down or feeling stressful, give the ignore feature a try. It doesn't cost anything. And you can turn it off whenever you want.

Sometimes a post on a web page is just a cigar, sometimes it's litmus test for which side you were on in the edition wars.

Old hotness: Complaining about the people who won't play the new game, because they are stuck in the past. Besides, it's totally uncool to complain about the new game.

New hotness: Complaining about the new game, because it's not the old game.

Just going to be one of those days around here it seems. Way too tired for the rampant hypocrisy, the willful blinders. That's just not it.
