Didnt all of that give Bobbie Hill gout?I love beef liver and chicken liver. Pig, not so much--the flavor is just too strong for me.
Fun fact: the Cajun classic, "dirty rice" is often made with chicken livers.

I think it is like the asparagus thing
Smells bad going in, and even worse going out?
I find that asparagus smells very distinct by itself, a bit earthy and grassy, but not at all unpleasant. And I enjoy the taste of it quite a bit. But I definitely have the trait of being able to smell the asparagusic acid in my excretions afterward. A signature stench. A cabbagy, almost skunkish, aroma. It's unpleasant enough that I generally don't want to eat asparagus on a date. No, smells distinct going out. It is a very specific odor but I wouldn't categorize it as good or bad, just unique

Asparagus smells fine. It's a tasty vegetable. If it stank before being eaten I wouldn't eat it.I love it, folks working overtime to avoid saying asparagus smells like trash.
