The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra

Who saw this? It was hilarious. I certainly want to get a copy on DVD as soon as it's available.

The audience I saw it with consisted of my group of 7 20-somethings, a group of 4 50-somethings, and three people alone of different scattered ages. After the movie it was great comparing with our elders how our reactions to the movie were, based on our different ages.

"Us, aliens? Is this one of your Earth jokes?"

But that takes so long, and I'd like to know before I die of old age.

OK, there's a man - of SCIENCE!!! And this other man - of EVIL!!! And the man of SCIENCE doesn't know the Lost Skeleton of Cadavra, but he will - oh, he will! Muahahaha!

At least, that's the impression I get from the trailer.

Sample straightfaced dialogue:

"Do you realise what this meteor could mean for science? It could mean actual advances in the field of science."

"Us? Aliens? Is this one of your Earth jokes?"

And a fight between a mutant and a skeleton which is clearly a guy in a rubber suit holding onto a prop skeleton and pretending to fight it. It's beautiful.

It's a black-and-white B-movie, loud and proud. And I have not seen one bad word about it anywhere. The above is all from the trailer; I shudder to think how joyous the whole film will be...
