Ryland is a little frustrated. His attemopts to see if Brigit is still there were thwarted.

Another caller came by the Coronet, asked to see a "Mr. Bodley", and was escorted upstairs, presumably to meet with Mr. Bodley.

"He came in with a group a couple of days ago. He was like that then, but at least he stayed in his room. He's been down here most of the day today, and I swear, if he keeps it up, he's gonna get tossed out. Just a weird little guy, if you ask me."

"Mmmm, that's nice," Devlin sighs as he takes a drink. "You say he's with a group? You wouldn't happen to know his name, or the names of any of his associates, would you?" Devlin hands over three crowns.[/sblock]

The waitress's eyes widened ever so slightly at the amount, then she pocketed it quickly...apparently, she was used to big tips. "I think it's Wilmer or Wilbur or something like that. He's with a half-orc and an elf, and there was some other guy in here the other night, but I'm not sure if he was with them or not." She shrugged - a poor gal can't keep up with everything in the city, can't she?[/sblock]

Going back to the concierge he says, " Good sir, I was wondering if you could tell us if an old aquaintence of ours would be here. We heard she was in the city, and she has mentioned the exceptional quality of the coronet in the past. She would be going by the name of Rilla or Brigit. She is a comely blonde woman" He leaves two gold crowns on the counter as he makes his request.

Duh! I'm an idiot. I thought she was a blonde. I've forgotten a lot of the details since I got back from my vacation. Maybe I should re-read all of the posts prior to 32. I'm not that worried about Xaov either. Between the two of us we've been able to keep our side of the story going pretty good. He carried Ryland through several of my trips. [/sblock]
