Thief 3 - Deadly Shadows hardware question

so the line coming out of Eidos is that laptops are 'not supported' for thief3 (deadly shadows)...in particular they mention the GEForce 4 GO (what i have)as 'not supported'

SO...does that mean it won't work at all...or that I should expect minor bugs?

It's built off of the same engine as Deus Ex 2 was and that game was very picky about which Video cards were supported by it.

It won't work at all. It'll crash your system if you don't have the right video card (at least... that's what happened to me).

Basically, this just sucks hard. :\
