Not a heck of a lot. It's a semi-self sufficient prison colony. There is a small trading town on the southern coast that is outside the prison wall. Arcana may tell you more, and anyone with a criminal, sailing, or law enforcement history may make an intelligence check with proficiency, anyone else can roll a check without proficiency.
