Trailblazer PbP considerations

I am planning on running a PbP game of Trailblazer using the new Paizo adventure path Serpent's Skull.

Any special thoughts on using TB in PbP. My big thought is on the use of Combat Reactions. Especially the Dodge and Block mechanism since it occurs during the opponents turn, how do I implement them without slowing things down to a crawl?

I am not worried about running TB characters through a PF module. That will take care of itself. My problem may be finding players :p
